SCOUT220-IS Atex Vibration Data Collector

SCOUT220 IS ATEX Vibration Data Collector

SCOUT220-IS Atex Vibration Data Collector

SCOUT220-IS is an Intrinsically Safe portable data collector solution designed for hazardous environments. You can use this small form-factor, rugged device to take vibration recordings and upload the collected data for detailed analysis in System 1* Evolution.
The data collector is ATEX Zone 1 and CSA Class 1 Zone 1 compliant. This modern, fully-featured vibration data collector also gives you access to sites requiring hot work permits. The data collector works in tandem with the S1 Collector app which runs on an industrial smartphone handheld device. You can collect vibration data, take pictures, send text messages, check your email, make phone calls and run other apps all on a single device.
The data collector uses Bluetooth to communicate with the industrial handheld which is also rated for hazardous environments. The S1 Collector app exchanges data with System 1 Evolution via Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
You can set up your routes in System 1 Evolution and sync up the data with the app using remote communication servers. The industrial handheld eliminates the need for a PC or other software packages at the data collection site. It is the only device you need to receive routes and send collected data from the field. You can take recordings from a predefined route as well as off-route recordings that are not part of a route sequence. Off-route recordings may be necessary if a machine's vibration pattern does not meet your expectations.
The data collector has an anti-static neck strap with Sensor Keeper as well as detachable safety breakaways to protect you in case the cables are caught in rotating machinery. The integrated Sensor Keeper will retain your sensor while you
walk or climb to reach other machines.

FLIR AX8 Thermal Imaging Camera For Continuous Condition and Safety Monitoring

FLIR AX8

FLIR AX8 is a thermal sensor with imaging capabilities. Combining thermal and visual cameras in a small, affordable package, the AX8 provides continuous temperature monitoring and alarming for of critical electrical and mechanical equipment.
The AX8 helps you guard against unplanned outages, service interruptions, and equipment failure. You’ll get the benefits of continuous condition monitoring and hot spot detection without the need for periodic manual scans.
Compact and easy to install, AX8 provides continuous monitoring of electrical cabinets, process and manufacturing areas, data centers, energy generation and distribution, transportation and mass transit, storage facilities and refrigeration warehouses.

Automatic analysis and alarms

With its streaming video output, the AX8 not only gives you live video of every installation, but it also provides automated alarming when pre-set temperature thresholds are exceeded as well as temperature trend analysis.

Industrial protocol

Since FLIR A310 is Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP compliant analysis and alarm results can easily be shared to a PLC. Digital inputs/outputs are available for alarms and control of external equipment. An image masking function allows you to select only the relevant part of the image for your analysis.

Compact & Easy to install

Combining thermal and visual cameras in a small, affordable package, the AX8 measures only 54 x 25 x 95 mm, making it easy to install in space-constrained areas for uninterrupted condition monitoring of critical electrical and mechanical equipment.

Multiple video options

With AX8, you can view its thermal imagery, visible light imagery, or the two combined into FLIR’s proprietary, patent pending MSX multispectral dynamic imaging. MSX provides image detail from the visible camera embossed on the thermal image, giving you, sharper edge detail, the ability to read labels and better contextual awareness.

FLIR C2 - The Powerful, Compact Thermal Imaging System

FLIR C2

The FLIR C2 is the world's first full-featured, pocket-sized thermal camera designed for a wide range of building and electrical/mechanical applications. Keep it on you so you’re ready anytime to find and show hidden heat patterns that point out hotspots, energy waste, structural defects, plumbing clogs, HVAC issues, and other problems.

Pocket Portable and Ready to Go

The slim, light profile fits comfortably in any work pocket so you can always keep your C2 at your side and never miss an opportunity to uncover invisible building issues, show them to customers, and offer helpful solutions. Use it as a non-destructive assessment tool and a reliable way to verify the success of completed repairs.

Show More with Sensitive Thermal Imaging and a Wide FOV

The C2's 4800-pixel resolution, high sensitivity detector captures and displays subtle thermal patterns and small temperature differences useful in building applications. And a generous 45° field-of-view frames in more of the scene the way pros need to see it.

MSX® Image Enhancement Only From FLIR

C2 features FLIR's unique MSX® that adds key details from the onboard visible light camera to the entire infrared image in real time. The result: an all-in-one, undiluted thermal picture with visible light features that lets you instantly recognise where the problematic heat pattern is. MSX® is real-time whether watching the camera's LCD or streaming video over USB.

Full Radiometric Flexibility for Powerful Reports

The C2 JPEG images store 4,800 individual measurements that can be post analysed using FLIR Tools software that is included with the camera. You can analyse, change color palettes and access both thermal and visible imagery to create convincing reports.
